It is a very expensive hotel for $250/night. The service and food is terrible, like a 2 star hotel in the U.S. Not a good value for the money.

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and ideal, the location was great in the Paipa area. The room we had was spacious and good in a standard bedroom and the staff was affable!

The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless, and we were even able to request grocery shopping assistance. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided a shuttle service, making it easy for us to explore the area. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, and the tours and ticket assistance helped us plan our activities. We especially loved the happy hour by the poolside snack bar. the service at this hotel was excellent, and we would definitely recommend it to families.

The lake view was stunning. The thermal bath had strong jets and metal bars for positioning. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety. The game room offered ping-pong and pool. If the Wi-Fi improved, I would return.

During my recent weekend getaway, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in the heights of a mountain range. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. What truly made my stay special was the half-covered thermal-water pool. Fed by pure mountain spring water, it was a delight to soak in and enjoy the jets that refreshed the pool multiple times a day. The fact that it was partially covered allowed me to stay protected from the elements while still reveling in its wonders. Not only was it a delightful experience, but it also provided numerous health benefits.

The hotel offered a great recreational staff that provided safe and fun activities for children and teenagers on selected dates. The walking and biking trails, along with the nearby nautical facilities, added to the overall experience. The hot springs pool was clean and offered great health benefits. The clay tennis court, basketball court, and horseback riding were also excellent amenities to have.
